The Tent of Oliver Foundation is proud to announce a charitable contribution of $5,000 to support two vital initiatives delivered through Colel Chabad, Israel’s longest running social service organization since 1788. These programs provide essential educational and emotional support to vulnerable children and youth, helping them build brighter, more stable futures.
Supporting Orphaned Children Through Education
A portion of the funding will support Colel Chabad’s Orphan Scholarship Program, which assists children who have lost one or both parents. The program ensures that these young people can continue their education with stability, dignity, and hope.
Through scholarships, tutoring, and academic support, the Orphan Scholarship Program helps students:
Remain enrolled in school
Keep pace with their studies
Build confidence and resilience
Work toward long‑term independence and success
This initiative reflects the Tent of Oliver Foundation’s commitment to empowering children through education and opportunity.
Investing in Girls at Risk in Tzfat
The Foundation is also directing funds to the Mabat Center in Tzfat, a dedicated learning and support space for girls at risk. The center provides a warm, safe, and structured environment where they can study outside the pressures of their school setting.
The Mabat Center offers:
• A beautiful, welcoming space designed for focused learning
• Academic support and mentorship
• A supportive environment that fosters emotional well being
• A refuge for girls who need stability and encouragement
This investment strengthens the Foundation’s mission to uplift vulnerable youth and ensure they have the tools and support needed to thrive.
